I’m not someone who’s always had it figured out. For years, I struggled with food.

Late nights, waiting for everyone to go to bed… then heading downstairs and eating everything in sight. Not exactly something I was proud of.

At the same time, I was trying to get results in the gym… but stuck in that cycle of restricting food, craving it more, then going all in.
